Hello All! I'm considering the purchase of a 2011 IS250C with 160K miles for my wife as a runaround vehicle. The seller is asking $9,000. From the ad, it appears to be clean and the seller states that the top works great. We've requested the Carfax and hopefully will find that there's been regular maintenance performed. I'd normally shy away from such high mileage, but not so much with Lexus. I sold an RX350 with 220K miles a few years ago.

Any input on this model/year would be appreciated, especially related to parts wear concerns, future maintenance costs, etc...

Automatic or manual?

Its still a DI engine so carbon could be a problem. I'd get it inspected by a mechanic.
