Can anyone tell me what the part number for this silver piece is, or how to remove it?

I don't think you will be able to buy that piece separately. I don't see any part number for it.
To remove it you will have to remove the door panel first, there are 2 phillips head screws securing that piece behind the door panel.

 

I had a feeling that was going to be the case, but I figured I'd ask anyway lol. Thank you for the help!
