Default Coolant Needle Jumping - 2008 IS300

So I recently purchased a 2008 Lexus IS300 (GCC Spec) and I did a PPI before buying the car, no issues showed up. I noticed a few days ago that the coolant needle jumps a bit from the middle of the gauge to the Cold side and then comes back up to the middle, it's very minute like 2 needle gaps but it got me worried if there's any major issue with the engine or cooling system, the previous owner replaced the thermostat and I've checked with a few mechanics they said this isn't an issue, just wanted to know if anyone else faced this and if there's a solution for it, Thanks in advance

Did the mechanics suggest a coolant system bleed?? Since the PO changed the thermostat. It was probably was properly bled to remove all the trapped air in the system.

No they didn't, they said it's normal for this car since the thermostat opens and closes to maintain the temp range, but thanks I'll getting the system bled and update
