does anyone know where to prime fuel on a 2008 lexus is?

 

I think we are going to need a little more information. But from what you are asking, i'm gonna assume that you just need to prime the fuel system from doing recent work on it?

Just cycle the ignition a few times but don't start the car. the pump will pressurize the system and will get it ready to fire up.
