I am planning to change my IS300 model 2011 17inch OEM wheels to 18 wheels from option labs

My stock tire are as follow:
front:225 45 17
Rear:245 45 17

And option labs wheels tires will be as recommend
OPTION LAB R716 18X8.5 5X114.3 +35 NOBLE GREY WHEEL
For Front
and rear
OPTION LAB R716 18X9.5 5X114.3 +35 NOBLE GREY WHEEL

Tire will be as follow:
Front size: 225/40/R18
Back size: 255/35/R18

Please tell me about the pros and cons and keep in mind that i not planning to lower my car.

Any advise that might help.

This combo will work perfectly fine and you'll have nice flush fitment
