Pump keeps stopping when getting gas
While filling up I can never just leave the pump automatically running because around halfway filled, It'll stop like it's full. I have to keep pressing the trigger for a dozen or more times to fill the rest of the tank while trying to change the angle of the pump to see if it helps, but it never does. Does anyone else have the same problem or maybe even a solution?
The previous owners could have always over filled the tank. What this does it floods the evap charcoal canister. Over time it destroys it, and it creates blockage. Does it happen at all gas stations, or a specific place?
You can find tons of information on this online.

^^ +10....
That said I had a truck that wouldn't fill full if the fill side was lower than the other side and always carried a stack of 2" x 6" if I needed that last 5 gallons in there for a road trip.
Take away is be aware of the angle the car is at when filling and/or where you chose to park when filling.
