Switch under steering wheel?

No manual and tried searching but what is it. 07 is350

This is definitely not a stock switch from the factory.
My guess since it's in a inconspicuous location is that a previous owner had a secret kill switch installed.

I second that. Looks like an aftermarket SW. Bet you it is a disable switch for the alarm, quite smart location.
