Has anyone had experience with them? What's the torque spec did u do on? I did 80lb all around and guess what.. The adapters secure but the rim didn't.. Last week I do everything install properly and went home no problem.. Today I want take my ride for pics and the front left start to wobble slowly then worst.. Do u think is it lug need to replace or need adjust more then 80lb?

Which kind of adapters/spacers are you using? Do they have built-in studs or the ones with extended studs?
Check if your wheels have pockets deep enough to accommodate the studs. Measure the length of studs and the depth of wheel pockets. Lastly yes you should torque spacers to the same specs you'd torque your wheels.
Did you buy new or used spacers? If they're used it's entirely possible the threads could be stretched by someone using an impact wrench.

I bought them brand new and they are Trible Six... I use my hand tighting up the studs with torque wrench or loose the lug nuts with ratchet..

I assume the lug nuts you use are correct for the lug holes.
