Default Lexus IS 250 electrical issue

Hi guys, so the other day I went to replace my thermostat, after getting the new one in I went to start it up and come to find out that my turn signals don’t work, my headlights are stuck on, windshield wipers only work on full blast, climate control doesn’t work, door locks don’t work and a couple other funky things. I checked all the fuses that I thought would be related to that and they all were fine. I have no idea how replacing my thermostat could lead to such a problem and have no idea where to go from here. Anybody have any ideas or had the same problem? Thanks in advance!

I know on my old Hondas, there were grounding wires on the thermostat housing. I cannot remember from memory, might there be any on the 2IS?
