Unhappy 2006-2008 IS350 TPMS Issue

I recently had new tpms sensors installed to my rims which never had any. I followed the steps of how to put the car into relearn mode my holding the on/off button for 3 second to initialize, but my car never initializes or gives the chime after the 3 seconds of holding. I hold the button for 3 seconds and nothing. Im stuck and kind of out of ideas as to what it may be. Any help?

need a tire shop to use their programming machine to register the TPMS. The button you are pressing is for swapping between sets of wheels that are registered already like if you had winter wheels

4TehNguyen is right, the <O> buttons switch between primary and secondary sets of sensors, or lets you reset the base inflation pressures for the currently selected set. A TPMS tool is the best way to get a new of sensors registered, since it can read sensor serial numbers without dismounting tires. Techstream software and cable can do it too, but you'll need the sensor serial numbers to do it that way.
