Hello, new member here.

I’ve recently bought an 07 IS350. one of the issues that I bought it with was the side mirrors.

Neither side mirror works with the door control buttons, nor does it auto tilt when putting the car in the reverse (confirmed that I have the model with tilt

so far from reading around here is that the radio shares the same fuse with the power mirrors, however my radio works fine.

Im not entirely sure where to start diagnosing. Does it sound like both mirror motors are dead?

Welcome to the forum.

Almost sounds like it could be a problem with the switch. Each mirror has two separate motors for the side to side and up and down. It's not likely that all four of them have given up the ghost!

 

I'm 2nd that...
Take the whole switch panel out from the door. Inspect for liquid damage or something like that. Check harness connection.
