Default Walnut blasting

I'm thinking of doing walnut blasting to clean my valves. She's got 125K miles and did not get the recall/fix for carbon build up. What i'd like to do is make a 3d-printed version of this item I found on Amazon.

Amazon Amazon

Can somebody tell me what the dimensions are for the cylinder ports pairs? What I mean is one set of the port-pairs. I've attached a picture showing two port pairs.

How would anyone outside of Lexus know the exact volumetric shape of those ports?

Not the volume. just the pattern of those two ports. The 3d model I'd print would look just like the amazon item but would extend down 10mm or so into the port just to locate it so it doesn't move. Therefore I just needed a pattern. I know its a reach but I was looking to see if anybody had a trace I could use. I'll eventually tear down my intake and use a micrometer and a few test fits to create it but that means it might be a couple of weeks with my car unusable.

In theory I'm trying to determine the size/shape of those ports to avoid a square peg/round hole problem.

Buy the gasket set, measure a few mm smaller, print with soft durometer TPU material and shove it in. Should be good. TPU needs to be kept dry before use or your print will fail.

125k seems very premature for valves needing this kind of attention, but might as well while it's open

The carfax on this car was way off (it was in a minor accident but it wasn't on carfax) and the Lexus report had years of gaps so I figured it was something to be done. I doubt it will help too many others but my thought was to create the tool to help with walnut blasting while I do my own car.
