Fair price for valve cover gasket and alternator?
I tracked down what is smoking under my hood. The valve cover gasket has been slowly leaking on the alternator causing it to fail.
What should I expect to pay for this repair?

Alternator for me was 550 after searching around. Vlave gaskets a bigger job so expect more money.
