(Which is a difference procedure than those shops that require you to buy their generic sensors use; where they instead scan the serial numbers of your old sensors into their tool, and then clone those original numbers into generic TPMS sensors, eliminating the need to re-program new codes into the car)
So that means yes? Better than the generics, but I’ll do anything to get these darn lights off.

the only way that would be related is if you actually have a flat tire.

To confirm, "No those are the only lights on", you're referencing the Tire Pressure Warning light and Master Warning light?

You've since confirmed tire pressure being correct? During cold weather, tires will loose air. As for the slow acceleration, perhaps a vacuum line come off or something is preventing cold start / warm up operation of the vehicle. Are you able to bring to AutoZone etc. to have technician use a scanner to pull codes if present (if you don't have one).

I haven't tried because I'm worried to drive it and cause damage or get stuck. So I was hoping to get some directions

Correct. Any Toyota vehicle with a full-size spare tire will have the TPMS sensor in it. Though, the system will have to be programmed to initiate use of that sensor.
