Default Microphone connection plug

Can anyone tell me what the microphone connection plug looks like? I know the microphone is located in the roof console, but I need to find the end that connects to the stereo. I want to find or make an adapter that connects the factory microphone into an aftermarket microphone input.

I wanted to use it for my aftermarket microphone input too, but when I looked at wires at the microphone end, there are three wires.
