Default Gauge cluster broken

So I was at a service shop, to change washer fluid pump. They had to remove front bumper to do that. After they've finished, "Check Sonar" for left front sonar warning appeared. Next morning when I started a car gauge cluster went completely mad: speedometer, tachometer don't work, all my settings were reset (km back to miles, Celsius to Farenheit, etc.), odometer shows all nines and doesn't switch between trips, PSC light is on, tire pressure light is on.

I turned the car off and then on, everything went back to normal.

After couple of hours of driving about I started it and gauge cluster went mad again, but now it doesn't go back to normal.

People in the service shop don't have any idea what this might be. Battery is ok, 12.6 volts, so it's not a dying battery.

Did anybody ever had something similar?

Here how everything looks: https://sun9-6.userapi.com/8ksbZgwwe...4th5p0hZ4E.jpg

Thank you.

I'd probably pull the bumper, and check all the wiring. They could've damaged something. Maybe shorting something to the cluster? The radar sensor plug would be my first guess.
