I removed my cowl and wiper arms to repaint them but when I installed them back on I came across this part laying on the ground. Does anyone know where it’s supposed to? It’s looks like it hooks on to something but I can’t figure it out. I’m at a complete loss. 🤯

 

I was thinking the wiper clip but it seems too large.
