Ac climate control

Ac works on low, as soon as I go one temperature up (to 65) the air turns hot on either side. Dual works, either side this happens to. Driver side low and ac blowing cold, passenger side 65 and blowing hot. Passenger side on low and blowing cold, driver side on 65 and blowing hot. Does anyone know what is the fix. Please advice. Thanks

With Navigation, or Non Nav climate control?

There is a procedure to run AC diagnostic on the head unit. Maybe someone with Nav can direct you on how to do it.

I found the problem. There are three cabin air sensors if any are disconnected or unplugged this problem will occur.
