Bizarre behavior
I can hardly ship this for that cost.
I found one for $30 shipped. Should get it by the first. Cross my fingers it works and stick to the amp rated fuses. But I do have another question if I take that whole MPX module out and disconnect it and my brake lights still stay on would that module likely be the problem still? I didn't test but I did it just the brake light switch I'm not sure if it's working because my brake lights are stuck on what else besides the brake light switch to keep my brake lights on?
Brake lights most likely feed to relay somewhere. You could verify the wire colors leaving the switch or buy a subscription to www.alldatadiy.com for $25 and look at the schematic.

Okay so I got a little further with my problem. The fuse box on the passenger side under-the-hood, if I take out the dome light fuse 10 amp my brake lights turn off. I can start the car and everything is fine but as soon as I hit the brakes the car tries to start again and the starter turns. I don't do electrical (as I'm sure u figured out already) haha. My next question is where do I go from there, what should I test and how should I test it or does anybody have any idea of what it could be and why my dome light fuse would be the culprit?
Got an mpx module put it in still the same issues. If I take my dome light 10 amp fuse out of its spot my tail lights turn off but as soon as I hit the brake the car starts on its own but the starter doesn't keep trying to start the car but as soon as I hit the brake to put it in gear the starter starts turning so I can't drive the car but the brake lights are off and they operate like normal. If I put the 10 amp fuse back in (this is the Box under the hood on the passenger side) the brake lights are stuck on I can start the car without hitting the brakes and as long as the car is in park or neutral the starter keeps trying to start the car but as soon as I put it in Drive everything's fine besides the brake light staying on. Big headache and I hate seeing my car sit but I ended up getting a BMW 3 Series so I'm driving that for now

I know you're not the electrical guy but I do suggest you look and follow the trails from the fuse that blew to it's origin and then look at the harness it connects with. See above. I mean, I like helping but you need to immerse and look for the damage.
In short, the solution is either in some damaged wires or the BCM module. Well, IMO...
Problem solved. A few wires up under the dash were melted. I'm assuming there may be more or the wires melting got the brain or the car a little silly. Car starts runs drives fine and break lights function properly. The only thing is when I start the car I need to hold the start button down untill the car starts. If I dont hold it down the car will crank for 1 sec. Then stop.
