In due time the grease will be displaced and the sleeve rotating in the poly will make a horrendous squeak. Even poly sway bar bushing suffer this fate. I equipped the whole car with poly and not only can it squeak, it also gets stiction as the silicone grease ***** up and basically makes the suspension stick in place.
I drilled and tapped all the joints for grease fittings and pumped in silicone to free it and eliminate the noise. Nothing against them but it has far less to do with racing than it does time. Time will displace the grease as will moisture.
Just saying, I've been there and done that and it's why mine has RC-F LCAB....
Well the good news is the RC-F LCA Bushings are pretty cheap, so if and when it begins to squeak I will just replace them and sell the Polyurethane bushings. According to RR Racing, they won't need re greasing for a few years. Maybe by then I'll have replaced my IS350 with a GSF
I've had poly bushings in my previous car that I drove every day. When the weather got cold (in Canada) the rattles of mirror, pedals and seat got quite noticeable so did the extra noise and squeaks. If you live in California or southern States you may never hear or feel additional NVM in warm climate. So this whole rattle/squeak thing could be just related to the climate we live in.
Hey we learn from our own or better yet other people's mistakes as they don't cost us a dime

That makes total sense, as areas with colder winter climates would freeze the silicone and cause polyurethane bushings to become stiffer causing excess noise. Our winter's here in California are not really cold, that is if you consider being in the 40's (F) to cold. If they do start squeaking, I will just replace them with RC-F bushings, which are pretty cheap
