Default Fuel trims

Below is a screenshot of my engine data. The top left corner shows the Short Term and Long Term and Total Fuel trim per bank. This was after driving a while so engine was up to temperature. Total fuel trim #1 is showing as 0.035, does that mean 3.5%? and total fuel trim #2 0.015 is that 1.5%? are these within threshold? Is it normal for fuel trims to be high on cold mornings and cold engine?

You really need to log them as static data sitting idle doesn't tell that much.

The fact that they are near zero is good though! And I'd say that if Techstream were telling you percent, it would show '%' on the table. Compare the STFT as those swing constantly.
