I took my 2008 IS 250 into the dealership, and $600 later, they told me it's the ABS Actuator that is causing all the issues and needs to be replaced. Quoted me just shy of $3500 for the replacement. I was told the majority of that cost was due to the cost of the part. I asked about finding a recycled part and was told that a recycled part wouldn't work and that it would need to be a new part.

Any suggestions on what other options there might be out there to have it replaced for less than $3400+?
