So lately my IS has been getting a jump just to drive. While I'm driving is doesn't die so i know it's not the alternator; but as soon as i turn it off i have to get a jump! Any ideas on what is going on? And it's done this everyday the battery is only two years old and holding a charge.

 

I would change the battery. Two years old battery is not considered not old.

 

So if you turned off your car and then immediately tried to restart it, it would not start? Sounds like a battery to me too!
