I was looking around and I cant find a definitive answer if the IS250 can have a block heater installed. I see a part (PU14000902) but it seems it's for a IS350 and ISF. Other places i've looked show I can only install a heating pad and not an actual block heater.

I was wondering if it's possible to install a block heater in the IS250 and if so would the part PU14000902 from Lexus work? Is there an OEM option for the IS250?

 

PU140-00902 is no longer available. The latest part number for the IS250/350 block heater is PK5A4-08J13. You should be able to pick it up from any local Canadian Toyota or Lexus dealer without much issue.
