Rockauto.com is better safe than sorry from Ebay/Amazon

 

Price is just about right, sold/fulfilled by Amazon so they're pretty likely to be real. It's usually a problem when the price is lower than you would expect it to be, and sold/fulfilled by 3rd parties. Denso themselves had a nice guide to spotting fakes, but they changed their website and the link no longer works.

If you just want to eliminate the guessing game, various dealers on eBay/Amazon sell a set of them for ~$80 (Bell Lexus of North Scottsdale comes to mind)
