Default Turn Signal Out??

So I purchased the car with the Drivers Side/Left Turn Signal out. I didnt really care at the time but now i wanna get around to purchasing it. They are VipMotoz Headlights not stock. I checked the bulb and it looked fine. I checked a couple of fuses but im not really sure which are the right fuses i should be looking at. Anybody have any ideas that could help me out? Should I just try replacing the bulb anyway? I think i remember the owner saying its not the bulb thats bad but the relay? Not really sure what that means.

Pull the headlight off the car. I recently purchased mine a few weeks back. Make sure the yellow bullet connections are secured correctly. In fact make sure all are intact both headlights. I found them they where not secured, and passenger side turn signal was not coming on. Also make sure that when you connect to the stock harness. Fix it to where it's not pulling the wires on the headlights. Once you see the the wiring its very short. So try to route it to leave some slack.

It might not be your issue, but that's what I ran into on a new set.

Do i have to crimp them or do they just slide over each other. I checked the ones on the driver side. I think there was 2 maybe 3? and they looked connected to me.

They just slide over. If you can see that the inside pin is protruding on the back end. Then it's secured correctly. Might be another issue at hand for it not coming on.

If you think it's the resistor. Reach out to VipMotoZ. They will probably help you source the resistor. They have good customer service.
