Radio turns off
I have a 2013 IS250. About every day I will be driving with my radio on and the radio turns off. I hit the power and it comes back on. It can happen like two or three times in a 20 minute drive. Sometimes it happens when I hurt a bump. I checked the radio fuses and they look fine. I replaced the fuse on the passenger side just for grins and still happens. Any ideas?
Mine used to turn off by itself. It weird it hasn't happened in quite some time.
The amp is the trunk under the plastic tray. Right side facing the engine. There could be water in the cabin from the vent on the rear bumper that's in the same area. That would be my first to check.

If nothing is found with the AMP in the trunk, put the stereo into diagnostic mode and test the hard drive. A failing drive does crazy stuff to and you don't need NAV to have a drive as I know it.
That said there was no mention of Rebooting or locking up. Just turning off. Go for amp. If it's been damp it will have rust on the screws and a high water mark.
If either of those are true, you need to pull the bumper and replace the missing air flap.
