Default Car won't start

HELP.!!!
Recently I installed a new passenger headlight to my 07 lexus is 250 I didn't see it had no ground so it didn't work I tried to connect on the other side and it worked then I connect the ground on my passenger headlight but still didn't work after that I tried to turn on my car but it was dead so now the only thing he does is turn on the headlights n tail light and that's it
The key fob doesn't work I don't understand
Yesterday I was trying to find something and I saw when I touch the starter relay with the screwdriver the car is trying to start but that's it
Can someone help me

Check your fuses make sure nothing is blown. If all fuses are good, check your fusible link block and make sure that one is good too.
Have you tried jumping it?

Disconnect the negative Battery Cable for about 15 minutes.
