Default headlights

2008 is 350. i have HID headlights and they are cracked and yellow. i bought this car used and want to replace them. what is my best option without spending 1000 plus on a factory one? do aftermarket us my HID set up or do i have to switch to led? what about auto leveling? any info is appropriated. also will aftermarket adapters hook up? and what about the ones with the daytime running lights?

I would personally go with factory ones off eBay. There are lots of slightly used examples of 2006-2010 IS250/350 HID lamps on eBay.

I was actually looking last night online. Depo offers an HID version if their headlights. You would need to transfer your ballasts and bulbs over I think. And as Oldls stated above , there are options on ebay as well. I found a seller in Texas who wires them up to make them plug and play for the 06-10 models. Depo is around 1,000. The particular set that I was looking at was like 1600 or so. (From a 2013 ISF)
