No need to remove panels, move the seat back, pull the carpet on one side just enough to unplug the connector. The carpet is pretty thick in the floor area, I suggest stuffing a tennis ball under the carpet where the sensor goes through the floor hole to give you extra room. Disconnect it, push the rubber grommet or pull it gently from under the car, undo the O2 sensor from the pipe.

Personally, I'd just pull the black rubber boot/seal from the floorboard and remove the O2 sensor. Not enough or long enough threads for one to worry about twisting the wires to a point of breaking them when removing the sensor. I've done this a couple of times actually.

Great suggestion, although worth noticing he drives 2006 and if the sensors were still original, twisting 13 year old wires that were exposed to all kinds of weather may not be the best idea.
