Roadrover Navigation Unit Help (Flyaudio ? replica)
I just won a bid on a Roadrover nav unit, Its costing me 200$
I have a few questions for someone if they installed their unit or know of it
1. Is there a step by step on how to install the unit that you may have used?
2. Is it possible to hook up a reverse camera to the screen?
And if you encountered any problems with your system please let me know of them so I know what to potentially expect.
Thanks in advance

Hmm. I never even seen this before for $200 I'd be willing to take a chance. When you receive your can you update us and let us know if it has RCA ports for a aftermarket amp . It's a head unit so it shouldn't be very hard to install. Once you take the old one out it'll be pretty self explanatory. I've never ever seen this so you might be the first on here to. I'm also interested if you can keep the stock reverse camera. And if this is only for non navigation cars or for cars with stock navigation. Only reason I'm interested is for RCA ports the whole interface looks pretty cheap but if I can get cleaner signal to my amp/subs I'd be willing to give it a shot
Also what in the world is an RCA port

Pls. update us in your progress, I'm looking to see if I'll do the tesla style screen or something like this as a replacement in a year or 2....

Yeah its supposed to be plug and play as well
I too considered the tesla style and android replacements but I prefer having the physical climate control buttons.
Ive heard that the tesla style screens are a pain to use for climate control
This was a cheap find and will keep the OEM look so i went with it

It's not 200$, orignially it was selling on alibaba and aliexpress for i think it was like 700$ i might be wrong. I found this luckily under a weird title so I don't think other people saw it. If I don't end up installing it I will probably sell it so I'll let you know.

for 200$ it really isnt that bad lmao.
Cant really speak on the resolution if you havent seen it in person.
I agree about the UI though It looks clunky

I was talking about for $700. Resolution is like 400x800 probably the same as the stock unit. If I can score one for the same price as you it's be worth a try
