I have a 2012 Lexus is250 and went to get something out of it from my garage and it wouldn’t unlock and just started blinking and beeping. Been doing this for over an hour. Idk what’s going on

Also tried using my Manuel key and it doesn’t fit. I’m a little lost at this moment.

 

Maybe some radio frequency interference that is not allowing the fob to pair and open the car, try turning off as much radio/remote operated kit in your house and see if that helps! If poss shut house down completely!
As for mechanical key not working then it may have never been use different Nevis very tight in the lock so some lube might help orcould it possibly be wrong key , have you ever used it before with success?
