My original IS350 seat is starting to lose support and the leather is cracking so I am in the market for new seat

My goal is to be more comfortable on a long trip.

Came up with the idea to swap 3GS front seat in to my IS350. I am wondering if its gonna work or not.

I know people who Swap RCF or GSF seats on 2IS but that's is based on 4th Gen GS.

I don't know if it's backward compatible or not

Any help would be appreciated!
