i was able to turn mine off by going to the dealer. lexus or toyota can do it for you. just keep in mind that they might try to tell you that its impossible. That’s what i heard from others here in the forum. Luckily i have a friend whos a mechanic at toyota and he easily did it in a few minutes for free
