Which techstream

After going on eBay and seeing so many choices for techstream what should I be looking for ? Is there one better than the other ? Currently I have windows 7 but might be going to windows 10.

You need the real $500 mongoose if you want to be able to fully diagnose and actuate components. Cheap fake cables have very slow ecu and very limited use
