Default 18" Wheel Offset

Looking for a set of 18" wheels. I would like to go 8.5 front and 9 rear. What offset will sit the wheels nice and flush? I dont ever plan on slamming the ride height.

flush depends on tire sizing too! without lowering you can go with wider tires.

baseline stock sizing:
17 x 8 JJ, 45mm (both AWD/RWD)
18 x 8 JJ 45mm (both AWD/RWD)
18 x 8.5 JJ 50mm (RWD's rear)

my estimate with your specs without lowering:
18x8.5 +30 front
18x9 +25 rear
