Default HID and auto leveling lights.....

on my 2008 is250, with HID's and the auto leveling headlights, I've noticed when I turn left the auto lights will track left, then back straight after wheels are straight again, but they do not track right when turning right.
Is this normal, or are mine malfunctioning?

Thanks,

I believe that is what they do. It's the same on my 2008, just to the left. Above 10 km/h (6 mp/h) the low beams will turn with the steering wheel i believe. I might be wrong but maybe it has to do with our cars that are left hand drive turn to the left to help with the blind spots in corners on the drivers side. On right hand drive they would turn to right? I'm not sure about this but would be my guess, maybe someone with RHD could chime in on what they see.

They track right, ever so slightly though from what I've noticed with mine.

I’ve never noticed mine move. Except on start up.

they track left to right just the same.
it is common for the adjuster motors to go bad however, especially at this age.
I just experienced one of my up/down motors that seized.
