Can you paint OEM wheels
Has anybody out there in the CL world had their wheels painted? I looked into aftermarket wheels but the OEMs seem pretty good. I just wish mine were black.
Can a powder coating company do this and get good results?

yes yes and yes! just find a good powdercoating company.
most of the time you'll have to dismount the tires first, bring them to the powdercoaters, then remount.
there might be places that are a one stop shop, yelp a service nearby!

PC's them means they likely get media blasted to texture them, coated and tossed in an oven at 400°F for 20 to 30min.
Tough stuff and I've done it to a bunch of motorcycle components. Much stronger than paint and wears like iron.
Paint is not as forgiving and the prep time if done right is what will cost the most. Good luck...
