Default 2 Years Later.. What's next?

Alright so I had my 07 IS250 AWD for over 2 years now and it used to be lowered with exhaust to the point where it's just a stock looking daily after taking off the parts. Recently in one of the IS groups on FB someone made a post asking if anyone would want to trade their 2nd gen ISX50 for a 1st gen IS300 manual 5 speed. Before my 250 I had 2 IS300's that were a blast to drive (especially the 2nd one that was converted to a w55 manual). I sometimes miss driving manual and have been kinda thinking what to do. The only thing is the guy wants me to give some cash on top from my end of the trade for his is300. Should I keep the 250 and mod it again or trade it ? Or should I just sell it since I bought an ISF recently that I drive more often than the 250. Don't get me wrong the 250 is decent but sometimes I get bored of it. And has anyone ever went back to an IS300 from their 2nd gen?

I love the first gen but Do you feel you would be taking a step back or forward with this move?

since you have an ISF, you will get your 2nd gen IS fix from that (plus it will spoil you eventually).
1st gen IS are nice too (had a sportx which I still miss) but it is not as refined as the 2nd gen.
manual is very nice and rare but I would only pull the trigger if the 1IS is truly a clean car with all the maintenance up to date (timing belt/wp/clutch/etc).

i feel it would be back and forward since yes its going to an older car but its a different feel with a manual and 2jz with more mod availability market.
