Default door panel
I Just bought a 2006 IS250 and the car is super clean! Passed mechanics exam with flying colors. The interior, upper door panels are hideous! The material is soft and almost sticky to the touch. There are several nicks and scratches in them. Is this a recall issue?

It was a recall, however the recall has ended for most models unless it is less than 10 years old.
