Default IS 350 Transmission Fluid Change

sorry if this was posted elsewhere...
i recently got my first IS. 2012 350 F Sport.
The ship I took it to to get all service caught up (128k) recommended a transmission flush. I held out after reading Lexus said it was a lifetime fluid.
Have any of you changed the ATF over 100k?
im worried the viscosity change could harm the transmission.

Thank you! I love this car and wanted one for years.

As long as the trans isn't experiencing any symptoms of having issues right now, I'd say you'd be fine to proceed forward with the trans fluid flush AND trans filter replacement. When I did my gravity-assisted trickle flush, I didn't do a new filter; though I should have because I ended up taking the trans pan off to install a new gasket anyways. Still shifts fine and maintains its same character as before the flush.

My So. Calif. dealership did not flush and recommends against doing it. I agreed. JMO however and apparently theirs as well.
