Fault code

Hi all.

I recently purchased a BlueDriver OBD2 sensor and recently ran a test.
I have a 2011 is350.
I keep getting the code p1378 for a large number of modules.
1 Body No. 3 Trouble Codes:
• P1378: Check report for description.
1 Body No. 5 Trouble Codes:
• P1378: Check report for description.
1 Combination Meter Trouble Codes:
• P1378: Check report for description.
1 Air Conditioner Trouble Codes:
• P1378: Check report for description.
1 Combination Switch Trouble Codes:
• P1378: Check report for description.
1 Remote Keyless Entry Trouble Codes:
• P1378: Check report for description.
1 Power Trouble Codes:
• P1378: Check report for description.
1 Master Switch Trouble Codes:
• P1378: Check report for description.

No report for description comes up also.
I have cleared the codes and they return again.
engine running or engine off makes no difference.

Any ideas

Well really it's a low circuit voltage. Check your battery, and alternator output.

Resolved

Checked battery voltage and alternator. All was good.
Contacted the obd2 scanner supplier and turned out to be a bug in the app software. They will be updating the issue in the next version upgrade.
