Right there in the highlighted area there is a small pocket that's difficult to get to but look what I found I couldn't believe my eyes If that wiring gets fixed and reconnected what my code errors be fixed I'm very surprised to find that

I think your voltage should be around 13.8. Those numbers seem high to me. I can't see your photos really good on mobile. It looks like something chewed the wiring?
