whats the best stuff to drain and fill my 2006 AWDwith 145k? aftermarket filter ok or is there a premium one i should use?

I had my transmission fluid changed last August by Lexus - not sure what kind of fluid they use.. I'm pretty sure they pump the old stuff out and pump the new stuff in though I'm not sure you can do it yourself..

I'd go with OEM.

 

Amsoil is fully synthetic, OEM is not.
While you're under the car, you might as well drain and refill front and back differential oil. Use new washers and "O" rings
