Blank Keys
Looking for some help:
purchased an 2012 IS250 27K mi for $22K about two years ago from OffLeaseOnly (maybe you've heard of them); I've never had any problem with the keys except for a low battery (once) replaced it, and all is good. When in for service one day at a Lexus dealer, the tech tells me, "hey just so you know, your keys don't match." Sure enough, I check it out and neither of the physical keys will turn either of the locks: door, trunk or glove box. Hmm, what should I do? I'm not so much concerned about the dealer, other than this, the car buying experience from them was so good, I'd buy from them again, mainly, I just want to have working keys for my car.
Your thoughts?

Well, if Lexus (Toyota) is anything like Honda, they have a database of all car keys based on a car's VIN #. They can look up the VIN for your car, and have a key cut for it. Of course, you have to prove ownership of the car.
