Default New 2is owner need some help or advice

Whenever I do a full turn on my car it doesn't matter if its a full left or full right turn. When it's about to fully turn the steering wheel feels like its sticking in that point and the steering wheel won't center on it's own. I bought the car like this and it's clean title no accidents.
However when I do half turn the steering wheel will center on its own Only happens on full turns like making a u- turn. I have to manually center it back myself.

My diagnostics were to check the upper control and lower arm bushings, there are in great shape no signs of cracks, leaks or anything. The only thing i notice are the stock oem tokico shocks boots on both driver and pass side are
torn in half but the shocks
still seem to be in good shape. I've noticed driving a buddy is350 and his steering wheel feels more slightly stiffer and more resistance and he has more miles about 150k and I only have 65k miles on mine. Mine feels so light to steer.

What year and how many miles?
My observation is the car has the means to turn exceptionally sharp. However, in doing so it is also peeling tread off the tires. I try to limit full lock steering to last resort.

These have over 8° of caster, they really shouldn't stick, you might want to have the alignment verified. How are the tires wearing?

Depending on alot of factors, that "issue" can be completely normal.

FWIW my 13 does it.
Again as I can hear ir scrbbing the rubber right into the asphalt, seldom will I have it at full lock unless pinned in spot needing out. And just becuase it does this, doesn't mean it needs a new r&p...

Well I do notice the steering wheel is slightly crooked by just a little bit. The car does to steer to the right a lot. And mine is an 07 with 66k+ miles
