IS 250 AUX AND TRUNK not working

IS 250 AUX AND TRUNK not working
The interior button, key FOB, and rear button for the trunk are not working. The manual key from the key FOB does work. When I press the FOB trunk button down, there isn't the peeping, nor do the lights flash.
ALSO
The DISC/AUX button doesn't work. It won't even show on the display that it is on DISC/AUX mode. The Mode button on the steering wheel will not disply it either. The cord is only three months old so I know that it cannot be that. My iPhone 7 AUX adapter fell into the 12volt port. I don't know if that could have done something.
Please help with suggestions!

For the trunk, check the valet lockout switch in the glovebox. I'll bet it popped out.
For the aux mode, definitely try another cable. (different brand if possible) If that doesn't work, it's possible that the jack itself may be bad. The stereo won't switch to the aux mode if it doesn't detect a cable properly inserted.
