IS350 F-Sport BBK clicking

IS350 F-Sport BBK clicking
06 is350 red 140K miles
2 days ago the fronts bbk started making the clicking sound shown in the video. I had my tech grease where necessary. He looked over it all and everything seems to be in place.
i went to lexus and the service writer refused to help because the BBK did not come from the factory installed , also because I had after market wheels.
ive read through plenty posts but they apple to stock brakes. Any advice is appreciated before I start ordering new friction rings and brake pads.
Im assuming this is brake related but I could be wrong. Not sure what else it could be.

Don't quote me but there are a couple of reasons why I think that your BBK would have a clicking noise:
Brake pads shifting in the brake calipers
Friction ring moving around on the hat
You could try and re-torque the caliper or re-bed the brake pads.
Try contacting Stoptech as they are the company that built/manufacture these BBK's. See if they have a remedy.
Post back with updates as this may help other owners with the F-sport BBK's that may encounter this issue in the future.

My friend with a 2017 1LE Camaro has a similar clicking issue. From the factory, they have 2-pc rotors and alloy wheels. My friend with a 2017 1LE Camaro has a similar clicking issue. From the factory, they have 2-pc rotors and alloy wheels. We've come to the agreement that it has to do with the disimilar metals of the rotor hat and that of the alloy of the wheels. To help curb any noise issues, my friend has been using anti-seize on the mating surfaces areas between the rotor hat and that of the wheel hub. NOT ON THE LUG NUTS.

i have told him to rip apart the brake and inspect everything bolt by bolt and if need be order new bolts for the caliper/ rotor/hat mounting equipment.
i have advised ofnsolutions posted above. In fact he's reading this thread .
once again your input is greatly appreciated.

I finally heard back from stoptech. They are claiming the hard that's mounts the friction ring to the had should be replaced before trying anything else.
ill be replacing the pins next week.

so here is what was explained after which I ordered drive pins for the rotor assembly. I will know Tuesday if they resolve the issue.
"The anti-rattle function is provided by an inconel bevel washer that acts like a spring. When you torque it down, it collapses, forming that spring, regardless of stacking tolerances from coatings, zinc plating, hat anodizing, etc. If you were ever to remove it, then reinstall it, there would be no spring pressure and the rotor would rattle. The M5x0.8mm screws will have stretched threads when removed, as the wicking loctite is extremely strong. They could fail, if reused. And the bushings will wear over time along the outside, also contributing to movement between the hat and the rotor (in unintended directions)."
