Default Interior front and rear door panel replacement

2006 Lexus IS350, 140k miles.

Over two years later, finally got the call from the dealer that replacement parts are here.

Back to sexy again! I cannot wait for my door panels to look that good again. I just put a half-inch cut above my interior door handle in the plastic the other day. Keep saying to myself...it'll be fixed Lexus, in time.

Nice! I got 3 of my 9 pieces replaced...

Question, which ones are the:
1. 04007-48150-A1 (Compartment Sub A)
2. 04009-54150-A1 (Box Kit, Console)
3. 04007-45150-A1 (Panel Sub Assy Kit)
4. 04007-47150-A1 (Pad Sub Assy Kit)

The door panels are self explanatory... Anybody have a list?

The door panel can probably be sourced from a junkyard with a lot of finger-work/searching for there are totaled ones out there. Not a lot due to low production numbers, but all years use the same panel/panels. As far as the seats, definite child car seat indentations and I would give a good upholstery shop some those pics and see what they have to say. For me, I would rather repair interior dings than body or undercarriage damage for that would show to me the car was beat. Interior is just total neglect and/or lack of caring.

There are not a lot of very good condition used GSF's out there but some will be coming back from 3-yr leases and I have seen many members search for a good amount of time and gone out of state/several states away to buy what they were looking for.

Good luck.

ZLZ Campaign Part #: 04007-48150, OEM Part #: 55506-50130, Description: Glove Box Assembly
ZLZ Campaign Part #: 04009-54150, OEM Part #: 58810-50070, Description: (Front Center) Console Box Assembly
ZLZ Campaign Part #: 04007-45150, OEM Part #: 58903-50040, Description: Console Box Rear Panel Assembly
ZLZ Campaign Part #: 04007-47150, OEM Part #: 55402-50140, Description: Driver Side Lower Instrument Panel

Most of the numbers are listed in the document 'Customer Support Program Bulletin POL18-01' [2018-09-27]. Last revision of that document was 2019-02-15. Dealers had to order the Campaign Part #, not the OEM Part #, so Lexus could track them against regular repair inventory, I suppose. 04009-54150, for some odd reason, is NOT listed in the document. I identified it from my own vehicle's work order, Googling & the Toyo-DIY website. A1 is your vehicle's color code, "Mellow White."
