Door panel clip question.

I'm looking at buying a few extra inner door panel clips from the lexus dealership online and it's saying there's two different types. Never seen that before. Anyone?

Numbers 5 & 6. Never seen a door with more than one style of these clips. Am I missing something?

It appears as if both are required, seems there's also a left and right clip of each kind? They're only a couple bucks, I'd just get a couple of each!
